Shannon Pappert is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), nationally recognized Cookbook Author, Harvard Medical School Certified Chef Coach, Rouxbe Certified Professional Plant-Based Cook, eCornell certified in Plant-Based Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine Coach Certified, Food Educator, Cooking Class Instructor and a Virginia Tech Hokie!
Her first book Boddler Bites, Food in a Flash, The ABC’s Of Feeding your Boddler (older baby + younger toddler) received endorsements from Rachael Ray, Parents, Parenting and Babytalk along with features in The Boston Globe, The Chicago Tribune, and The Telegraph.
Shannon has hosted numerous live cooking segments on local networks (ABC, NBC, Fox) and contributed monthly to CBS’s nutrition series. In addition, she’s led food education classes at Whole Foods Market & Stew Leonard’s.
She works as a Health & Wellness Coach and loves using her lifestyle medicine, culinary and plant-based nutrition knowledge to help guide her clients to sustainable weight loss and achieving their overall wellness goals.
When she’s not coaching clients or cooking, Shannon can be spotted at one of her son’s sporting events, mentoring at a local school, jogging around her beautiful, New England town or playing pickleball with friends.
