Eating a wide variety of unprocessed, whole plant foods, free of animal products, is the only diet that has been scientifically proven to extend life and greatly reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, type 2 diabetes, dementia, Parkinson’s, obesity, anxiety, and depression.
