Change is hard. As a culinary coach, I offer health and nutrition coaching coupled with cooking instruction to help you achieve and sustain that higher level of well-being you desire. As your partner in change, we will create a plan that both inspires and supports your personal health potential and long-term goals. Weight-loss, looking better, feeling better, having more energy and excitement for the future are just a few examples of the areas in your life that can improve when working with the right coach.

I am trained as a plant-based chef, and have personally embraced that lifestyle, but you do not need to be plant-based to work with me. I can help you lean into this plant-rich diet and offer lots of simple tips and resources to enhance your experience on your wellness journey.

Three-Month Culinary Coaching package includes:

  • One complimentary 20-minute initial consultation to discuss your current health and lifestyle and your personal goals.
  • One, 90-minute introductory session to review assessment, strengths, challenges, resources, goals and vision.
  • Eight, 45-minute video calls to plan weekly goals, discuss progress, and work through any obstacle.
  • Email or text communications in between sessions.
  • Provide resources, personalized health and nutrition strategies, pantry and shopping guides, plus quick, delicious recipes.

Add On’s: 

  • Kitchen Clean-Out- If local, we will work together to declutter your pantry, fridge and freezer, identifying those foods that are contributing to weight gain, low energy and chronic conditions. We will replace them with amazing foods that will energize your body and enhance your health.

  • Personal Supermarket Shop- If local, you will learn to decipher food labels as we shop the supermarket and I will help you select the best foods to replenish your pantry, fridge and freezer for optimal health.

  • Cooking Class- I will join you (and family) in your kitchen via video call for a LIVE personal cooking lesson. I will share tips n’ tricks to batch cooking and we will create a healthy menu based on your preferences!
